You must enter the correct shipping address and shipping instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, MISHKAH is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.



All prices quoted on are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our website from time to time and without notice to you.



MISHKAH accepts payment via credit card,debit (Visa/MasterCard), Afterpay and PayPal

After you make payment for your order you will receive an automated order confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your purchase, which confirms the details of your order. Depending on your email security settings, this email can be sent to your JUNK or SPAM inbox. In the event that you have not recieved your order confirmation email, please email



MISHKAH does not  automatically store your credit card details at any time of your purchase. If the customer puts forth credit card details via email or phone, we will not store these details.



MISHKAH processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland, Australia. Orders placed on a business day before 12.30pm (QLD time) are shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be sent the next business day. 

You can expect to receive a seperate automated email from Australia Post or Startrack with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our office. 



Within Australia: Shipping will be via Australia Post Express & Startrack.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 1-5 business days (depending on location).

International: MISHKAH ships to all international destinations excluding Syria, Israel, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, North Korea, Nicaragua, Ukraine, Sudan, Algeria, Albania, Afghanistan, French Polynesia, Oman and Tunisia.

International delivery times of delivery are up to 14 days. If you have not received your ordered items within this timeframe, please email us at with your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

In the event that your package is required to be redispatched (due to reasons associated to customer fault) a redispatch fee will incur. This redispatch fee is subject to the weight and destination of the package. For more information please contact us at


MISHKAH may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you immediately should this occur. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email to and we will be more than happy to do so, should your order not be completed or dispatched. 



Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at with your order number and the missing products code or product name, and we will make the appropriate investigations.



Any return of products to MISHKAH by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returned international orders (General or Faulty returns) will be at the customers expense. Due to MISHKAH level of facilitation, reimbursement for returned shipping (faulty goods only) will only be recompensated with an online credit for the value of the returned shipping costs. Please note that shipping reimbursement will only granted providing that customer includes shipping reciept (highlighting shipping cost) with returned goods. 



The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Purchase and Shipping Terms.



MISHKAH recognises and values the protection of your personal information. We are aware of our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and we will ensure that we fulfil our obligations under that Act.

From time to time, we may ask you to supply personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number or e-mail address. However, under no circumstances will we request or collect any information from you that may disclose your:

Please note that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will endeavour to protect your personal information as best as possible but we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.
