Express Post - All orders that are placed before 1.30pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day. All packages (excl. same day service) are sent via Express Post. Express Post is a next day delivery service to all major cities & metro areas. This service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for your package upon delivery your package will be sent to your nearest post office. Alternatively, another person at the delivery address can sign for your package. Saturday delivery is available to some Brisbane suburbs. Outside of these areas (including rural areas) you can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Same Day Delivery - If you place your order before 10.30am Monday-Friday & are located within our Same Day delivery network (see eligible postcode table below) we will aim to send your package with our Same Day service. All packages sent with this service do not require a signature upon delivery & will be left at the delivery address unattended if no one is able to sign for your package. Alternatively, another person at the delivery address can sign for your package. You can expect to receive your package between 1pm & 6pm Monday-Friday. If you do not permit your parcel to be left unattended/without a signature/do not wish for your package to be sent with this service, then please state in the 'Customer Notes' at checkout - in this case, your package will be sent via Express Post. Please note that should your parcel be ‘too big’ or of a greater value we will not send your package with Same Day Delivery. Same Day Delivery does not ship orders with a PO Box or Parcel Collect address.
In the circumstance that our Same Day service is unavailable or if we are unable to complete qualified packages before 10.30am, packages will be sent via Express Post.
If you have not received your order within 4 business days of making your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. You will be notified via SMS if your parcel has been carded to your Post Office - this functionality applies to orders that only have been placed with a phone number when checking out.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel with Australia Post - click here to track. A signature upon delivery is required (excluding orders sent with Same Day Delivery), so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office - all collection details will be specified on the collection card. Should your order be sent with our Same Day Delivery service, you will recieve automated email/text message updates on the status and delivery of your package.
In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your post office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to us. In order for your package to be redispatched to you, there will be a redispatch fee. Redispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavour to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. MISHKAH is not responsibile for stolen or delayed packages by the courier.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post. The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. We use Australia Post which is a worldwide service. All international orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. International deliveries can take 2-10 business days to arrive. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges - please see our FAQ page for more details. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.
MISHKAH does not dispatch orders on weekends or QLD public holidays. MISHKAH ships worldwide excluding Syria, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Nicaragua, Ukraine, Sudan, Algeria, Albania, Afghanistan, French Polynesia, Oman and Tunisia.
