You may return your MISHKAH purchase for an online credit providing it meets the following
criteria;

 

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. MISHKAH reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.

Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by MISHKAH.

Once your return has been processed, you will be emailed with your online credit via the email address linked to your MISHKAH customer account. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails from MISHKAH.

 

S w i m  R e t u r n s

All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene stickers attached. Swimwear returned soiled or without hygiene stickers attached will be denied and returned back to you.

 

 A f t e r p a y  R e t u r n s

All orders made with Afterpay are in accordance with all MISHKAH return policies. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued with an online credit and you will continue to pay your Afterpay instalments.

F a u l t y  R e t u r n s

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online please email hello@mishkah.com.au immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy. Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip. (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post this garment back to us.

International customers - in the event that you receive a faulty item please contact us prior to returning the faulty item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy. If approved, you will be instructed to include the postage receipt with your returned package.

Failing to include the postage receipt will unfortunately disallow us to reimburse you for the returned shipping cost. Please note that the return shipping cost can be reimbursed with only an online credit for MISHKAH. If we are unable to determine/approve a manufacturing fault or if a garment is significantly different from the image and description displayed online we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
