Not to worry, you are more than welcome to return it!
If you send your order off within 7 days of receiving it we would be more than happy to issue you with an online voucher (providing your return meets all of our return policy guidelines).
All you need to do is:
-Complete your returns form.
-Include your returns form with the item(s) you wish to return & package in mailing bag.
-You will need to cover the return postage to send your return back to us & please also ensure to send your order back to us with tracking activated.
-Due to our high-volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock.
-Unfortunately we do not accept returns on SALE items & due to hygeine reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, swimwear bottoms and onepiece swimwear (including sets).
-Returns must be recieved in original condition - unworn, unwashed, no makeup stain & with all tags attached. Returns must be returned without smell of ladies perfume/deoderant, so please take due care when trying on your order.
We process all returns as quickly as possible & generally process all returns within 24 hours of recieving them! However throughout peak seasons please allow up to 3-4 business days for us to process your return from recieving it. Once your return has been accepted and processed you will be emailed with your online voucher.

Returns remain subject to MISHKAH's Returns Policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a 'General Return'. Once we receive the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue you with an online voucher as per our 'General Returns' policy - you'll be emailed a voucher code to use. If your item/s are faulty (and any such fault has been approved by MISHKAH as a genuine manufacturing fault), you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we will then cancel the payment plan. Please refer to our 'Faulty Returns' policy for further details.
We inspect all garments prior to being sent to ensure that we only send our customers garments that are of high quality & condition. However, on the slight chance that you feel there is a;
-The garment is significantly different from the image and description
We are more than happy to compensate you for this inconvenience.
Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post this garment back to us.
Should you wish for us to cover the return postage please email us an image of the fault and request a postage paid slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). We are only able to provide the return postage for customers who request a pre-paid slip prior to returning the faulty item/s back to us.
